Moonshine

A
beautifully balanced, pale straw coloured premium bitter with a floral
aroma leading to a predominatly citrus taste with grapefruit and lemons
to the fore and a quenching bitter finish.
The very first batch won Beer of the Festival at the
1996 Sheffield Beer Festival.
So, what's
the link with the USA?
Moonshine
Whiskey is commonly associated with the Southern States and Appalachia
however, versions of it are found the world over.
American Moonshine is usually made from Corn Mash fermented with Yeast,
Sugar and Malt.
American musician Steve Earle's great song, Copperhead Road, is about
him taking over his Grandaddy's Moonshine operation - with a twist.
