McConnells's Irish Stout

creamy stout with a long lingering licquorice and pale chocolate finish.
So, what's
the link with the USA?
At
the University of Michigan
American scientist James V McConnell conducted memory conditioning
experiments on Planarians (flat worms) with results similar to
Pavlov's dogs.
But, McConnell went further.
Planarians, when
cut in half, have the ability to regenerate the missing half. McConnell
found that both halves of the worm remembered the conditioned reflex.
But McConnell went even further.
Planarians
are cannibals. He diced some conditioned worms up and fed them to
unconditioned ones and found that, having eaten the diced worms, the
conditioned reflex was transferred.
How weird is that?
