Where has all the money gone?
Well, unlike Northern Rock, we know! And, unlike certain MP's
we're happy to tell you...
Total donated to date: over £24,000
Our main beneficiary in 2006 was the
Upward Bound Trust
based on Haddenham Airfield who received a donation of £7,100 to assist with the necessary relocation of their hangar due to airfield development.
Gliders have been a regular sight over the skies of Haddenham
for many years but not everyone is aware of the work of the Trust.
Please look at their website
- you may be surprised at what's on offer!
Festival Treasurer, Martyn Broughton, presents a cheque for £7000 to Michael Clark, Chief Flying Instructor with the Upward Bound Trust
Snakemoor Local Nature Reserve
have received £3,350
from The Festival for development and on-going management & support of this valuable local amenity.

Haddenham Winterfest 2007 donated £2000 to
Florence Nightingale Hospice a charity which, unfortunately, many villagers will be familiar with through friends and family who have needed their support and services.
Tom Bucknell, owner of the Tithe Barn, presents the cheque on behalf of the Winterfest Committee.
The Festival is happy to support the Local Tree Planting Programme run by David Rankin.
£1,800 has been donated to help with setting up the tree nursery, planting and on-going support.
